This is a new generation of fluorescent protein stain, non toxic, and more sensitive developed for identifying and quantifying low-abundance proteins.
AquiStain’s dyes are an eco-friendly fluorescent protein stain that covalently and reversibly bind to lysine, arginine and histidine residues in proteins and peptides to yield an intensely red fluorescent product. This unique mechanism provides sensitive quantification of proteins in biological media as well as unparalleled compatibility with downstream analysis including mass spectrometry, Edman sequencing and functional analysis.

FLUORESCENT TOTAL PROTEIN STAIN
AquiStain RED Fluorescent Total Protein Stain is the most sensitive fluorescent staining available for the detection of total proteins separated on 1D and 2D gel electrophoresis, PVDF and nitrocellulose membranes and is fully compatible with mass spectrometry. AquiStain RED is suitable for all gel and blot staining applications.
Unlike competing product, Aquistain RED does not contain heavy metals, is eco-friendly and simple to dispose of.
PROTEIN & PEPTIDE
AquiPep Protein & Peptide Quantification Kit is designed for accurate and highly sensitive quantification of the peptides. This assay doesn’t precipitate or denature the peptide, samples can therefore be reused. It is more reliable than alternative fluorescent assays and this especially for difficult to measure proteins.
LIVE CELL IMAGING STAINS
AquiCELL Live Cell Imaging Stains becomes fluorescent on spontaneous conjugaison to proteins. This Cell Staining is based on a low molecular weight and small size water soluble fluorophore which is very simple to use. AquiCELL is non toxic and readily permeates cells making it ideal for live cell imaging.
